Animals as Leaders

ok so i'm ridiculously excited to see this band Animals as Leaders on Tuesday. Emos... same night as New Found Glory, Saves the Day and Fireworks on the outside stage... Sumerian Records showcase tour inside, with Animals as Leaders, Veil of Maya, and some other bands that I didn't think sounded that awesome on the ole MySpace.

Animals as Leaders is a solo project on Prosthetic / Sumerian records from eight-string guitarist Tosin Abasi. Music on the myspace, videos below. Crazy.

dang it's been a minute since i posted something.... it took a track like this to shake me out of my slumber. here's a new track from Lali Puna. i remember getting a CD from her back in college when i was writing at the Daily Texan. years ago. that was her last album, Faking the Books. so good. new album sounds like it'll be just as good.
